RETURNS
Eligibility:
Return clothing and accessories within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exhange, provided items are unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with all labels intact and attaches.
Beauty Products:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, incorrect or defective.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to original payment menthod within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are NOT REFUNDABLE except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive damaged or incorrect items please notify us within 24 hours of delivery . We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
